He has 20+ years of experience developing brands and innovative online solutions for both small businesses and Fortune 500 clients. Tim is helping transform the digital practice to include a broader definition of Customer Experience, a practice based on human-centered design. He leads teams that design and build customer experiences, product and service innovations, and ecosystems to help clients solve some of their most complex and interesting business and communication challenges.
