Program Overview:
Most transformations fail.  Why?  They don’t rally an organization around a compelling North Star.  Good for the People.  Good for the Business.  Good for the World.  People sweat, collaborate painstakingly and go the extra mile when they KNOW they are creating SIGNIFICANT change in the world.  Employee Buy-in means we need to convincingly and authentically ‘sell’ our change programs to our people.  Let’s start NOW!  Come join us for a fun-filled, experiential session where you will learn great practices on how to overcome this challenge with real-life examples of amazing successes and epic, titanic failures.  Join us for the opportunity to brainstorm with practitioners on how to create a compelling business case for YOUR change program.

Patrick Mosher is an author, speaker, advisor, consultant, coach, teacher, husband, father and granddaddy.  He believes that Authentic Exchanges in 1:1 dialogues, small groups, teams, and even large-scale change is the most effective way to get from Point A to Point B.

Mr. Mosher retired as a Managing Director from Accenture in 2017.  He was the Chief Global Scientist for Accenture’s Sales & Marketing Talent Solutions.  He led large-scale, high impact organization change initiatives in large enterprises.  Mr. Mosher has over 30 years experience in industry and consulting delivering value which includes: Governance in complex organizations, executive alignment in Global 1000 companies, transforming customer facing workforces, leading organizations through international Post Merger Integrations (PMI), gaining and sustaining executive sponsorship for large-scale transformation programs and designing, developing, and deploying innovative organization structures.
