Speaker: Jennifer Canfield

Program Overview:
According to Forrester, 84% of companies aspire to be a customer experience leader, but only 1 out of 5 deliver good or great customer experience. What are the keys to success in CX? Companies that are great at creating a stellar customer experience embed the pulse of the customer in their organization and empower their employees with the customer data, insights and tools they need to make every experience great.

In this session, we will share a model for embedding the pulse of the customer in an organization:

  • ACTIVATE every employee
  • ENGAGE every customer
  • OPTIMIZE every experience
  • TRANSFORM your company

We will spend most of the session talking about the first step – activating every employee. As change practitioners we can make a huge impact in how organization activate their employees. Come join us for an engaging conversation on how to activate every employee to drive the desired customer experience!
