MnCMN is seeking an Interim Sponsorship Chair to join the Board of Directors following a recent vacancy. This interim role will serve through February 1, 2027, with the option to stand for election later this year for a full two-year term running from February 2027 through January 2029.
This role is especially important as MnCMN continues to strengthen its sponsorship model, build strategic partnerships, and support planning for our annual membership event.
Key focus areas include:

- Identifying potential sponsors aligned with MnCMN’s goals
- Supporting sponsor relationship management
- Helping source a venue for the annual membership event
- Collaborating with Board members and operations support on sponsorship materials, communications, and partnership follow-through

MnCMN is also seeking a Member at Large – Technology Chair to join the Board of Directors. This is an appointed Board role, typically reviewed annually.
For this appointment, MnCMN is looking for someone to serve through the remainder of the 2026 Board year, with the potential to help bridge technology priorities into the next Board year. The incoming Board would then determine whether to reappoint the role for another year based on organizational needs.
This role will help MnCMN modernize its digital presence, improve the member experience, and strengthen how technology supports community engagement and organizational growth.
This role may be a strong fit if you:
- Enjoy improving websites, digital tools, and online user experiences
- Think strategically about how technology can support member engagement
- Are comfortable working with volunteers, vendors, or platform partners
- Like solving practical technology and process problems
- Want to help MnCMN grow and modernize its member experience

Key focus areas include:
- Recruiting and supporting volunteers for technology-related initiatives
- Leading or guiding a refresh of the MnCMN.org website
- Improving website user experience, navigation, functionality, and member engagement
- Evaluating digital channels that may strengthen community connection, such as LinkedIn, Slack, collaboration tools, or other engagement platforms
- Recommending practical approaches for technology governance, sustainability, and ongoing support
- Partnering with the Board to ensure technology decisions align with MnCMN’s strategic priorities
Term: Board appointment through the 2026 Board year, with potential transition support into the next Board year
Future option: The incoming Board may determine whether to reappoint the role for an additional year
Board of Directors
The Minnesota Change Management Network (MnCMN) Board of Directors comprises dedicated change leaders who are elected by our members and volunteer their time to advance the practice of change management across our community. Under the recently revised bylaws (MnCMN Bylaws), Board members elected for 2025 began their term on February 1, with staggered terms ending on January 31, 2026, or January 31, 2027. This structure ensures continuity by balancing experienced leadership with fresh perspectives.
