MnCMN is Hiring: Director of Operations
The Minnesota Change Management Network is seeking a part-time Director of Operations to help keep our member community running smoothly.
This hands-on role supports the systems, workflows, communications, events, and coordination that help MnCMN deliver value to members and support a volunteer-led Board of Directors. The Director of Operations partners with the President, Executive Committee, and committee leaders to manage day-to-day operations, maintain practical documentation, support member and event administration, and steward key tools such as GrowthZone, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Canva, LinkedIn, GoDaddy, and QuickBooks Online.
We’re looking for someone who can bring order to moving parts, connect people and systems, support reliable execution, and help make MnCMN’s operations smoother, clearer, and easier to sustain.
This is a part-time contract or fractional operations role, estimated at up to 13 hours per week, with flexibility during event-heavy months. The role is primarily remote, with periodic in-person support for events, board meetings, or planning sessions.
