Our monthly Change Summits are the #1 reason people join MNCMN. These events provide the opportunity to network along with a forum to share ideas and discuss important change topics.
Each month features thought leaders sharing their experience from the change management arena. The summits provide structured time to network with change professionals, corporate hiring managers and vendors that support our industry. Monthly summits are a great way to get involved as a participant or a presenter.
Additional Details
Based on feedback from our members at this time we offer several different modalities for our monthly Change Summits, including the following:
- Speaker(s) – professionals in Change Management and/or scholars providing engaging presentations and discussions on latest trends in the marketplace
- Leadership Panel – Change Practitioners and/or Business Leaders sharing stories, experiences, and POV on change
- Unconference – Based on feedback from our members they wanted an opportunity to bring their own topics and network/discuss with their peers. We crowdsource topics and give the opportunity for everyone to have an engaging conversation on them sharing thoughts, experiences, and best practices
During our monthly events we offer an opportunity for our members to ask for needs and leads, network with fellow practitioners, learn best practices, as well as socialize during the post event activities.
