Deadline for submissions is end of day November 30, 2025.
Important Details to Note:
- In line with the 2024 revised bylaws, MnCMN implemented staggered terms for Board positions. In late 2024, the current President, Immediate Past President, Sponsorship Chair, Membership Chair, and Professional Development Chair began a 2-year term on February 1, 2025.
- It is now time to elect a Vice President, Treasurer, Communications Chair, and Programming Chair that will begin their 2-year terms on February 1, 2026.
- Staggered terms are designed to ensure continuity and stability within the Board by having approximately half of the Board roles up for election each year.
- This approach allows experienced members to remain on the Board while new members join, ensuring a balanced mix of continuity and fresh perspectives.
- This structure supports the consistent advancement of MnCMN’s mission, fostering effective leadership transitions, and a sustained focus on organizational goals. We invite you to consider a role in this meaningful leadership model.
